Welcome to the Mothers' Center
We are the local chapter of the not-for-profit National Association of Mothers' Centers, serving the Northport/East Northport & surrounding communities for over a decade.
We believe motherhood is a lifelong journey & that there is a body of knowledge that needs to be learned and shared. We provide a welcoming, open, non-judgmental environment where every mother has a equal voice.
Become a member to meet other Moms, share parenting skills, share your creative skills, socialize, & join playgroups
and Mommy & Me classes, in a supportive, caring environment with on-site childcare.
We are a co-operative. For a nominal yearly membership fee, new members can join
throughout the year & participate in various Mothers' Center activities. Membership includes a subscription to our monthly newsletter, Touchstone.
We are non-sectarian & meet at the United Methodist Church, 1018 Pulaski Rd., East Northport (near the corner of Larkfield Rd.)
