Music Together
September 26th : 11:30 A.M. at Center. Open to children of all ages. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments. This class is open to non-members as well so invite your friends/family. The prices are $85.00 (8.50 per week) for MC members and $199.00 (regular price) for non-members. Siblings are $95 for non-members for the 10 weeks. Cost includes 2 CD's (one for the car and one for home) and Songbook.

White Post Farms
October 8th : 1:00 P.M.-Let’s meet at White Post Farms. We can pick some pumpkins and visit the farm animals there. RSVP to Jen/Angela.
Apple Picking

Breast Cancer Walk
October 21st :Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk with National Mothers’ Center at Jones Beach State Park from 8-11 A.M. Emails have been sent out to donate or walk. For more info or to join the walk contact Marlene.

Long Island Children’s Museum
November 12th :1:00 P.M.- Let’s takes the kids to a fun filled afternoon at the museum. RSVP to Jen/Angela.
T The week of Nov 26, keep a look out! We will be setting at least three decorating days for the House Tour and Sale.

House Tour and Sale
December 1st : This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We decorate three beautiful homes for the holidays, collect donations, sell tickets to the tour and all the decorations are for sale as well. Please come have a good time and help decorate, take tickets, sell baked goods, clean up and/or various other tasks. See Marlene about volunteering.
Since we are running the Center in 3-month intervals, we have a lot of time to plan ahead. YOUR input is very important to us! We want to create programs that are of interest to you and times that are convenient.
Support groups
If you are interested in joining a support group for breastfeeding mothers, or if you are interested in other support groups, please
let us know. We would be happy to organize groups to help fulfill your
needs.
A Reminder:
Please remember to RSVP when you plan to attend a meeting at the Center and need childcare. It is important for Childcare to know how many children to expect in order to make arrangements for the appropriate number of childcare
workers. Thank you.
Programming in Progress:
If you have a hobby or special skill (quilting, needlework, interior decorating, etc., etc.) that you can share with other members, the programming committee would love to hear from you!
